Christmas is finally upon us and so are the Christmas movie classics. But in one genre of movies does Christmas fail in and that's in Horror. But why is that? Is it because of the already staged tradition of Christmas being a jubilant and overjoyed holiday where it can not be challenged with a theme of evil. It is often time seen as a joke even when the best efforts are tried. My idea would be to remove the fictional characters of Christmas and by adding new characters into the fold. Or giving the them a backstory of a dark haunted secrets that would impel them to do good until one is tried. Imma try out Lake Alice. It tested low scores of a 3.7 out of 10 on Tubi, but I'm willing to a give it a shot!!!
